Once you have decided to proceed with a car wrapping and have booked a time slot, here is what the vehicle wrap process looks like. Firstly, we give your vehicle a thorough clean using a combination of industry standard detergents to safely remove dirt, dust and road grime. Whilst allowing sufficient time for your vehicle to dry, we remove any door handles, tail lights, badges and other exterior components, to make sure we hide as much of your original paint colour as possible. Once dried, we do a final clean using an Isopropyl alcohol, leaving the surface ready to wrap. Our professional installers then proceed to skillfully wrap your vehicle taking the utmost care. We will require your vehicle for approx. 3-5 days to perform all of these tasks to gain ultimate results with your car vinyl wrap.
CAR WRAP AFTER CARE
To gain the longest life expectancy from your car wrap, regular cleaning is highly recommended. Hand washing with a soft clean sponge or cloth is suggested, after rinsing away any built up dirt and grit. Avoid rubbing dirt into the vehicle wrap as scratching may occur. High pressure washers can be used but must be done from a substantial distance. Due to the high pressure of the sprayer, it may cause corners to lift and tear certain areas. Using a sealant or wax will also aid the longevity of your vehicle wrap, making for an easier clean as well as aiding in reflecting UV light.
